4. WESM rate adjusted in compliance with ERC Case No. 2024-017 MC dated June 13, 2024. This Order directed all distribution utilities, including DECORP, to stagger their collection of generation charges from WESM purchases for the May 2024 WESM Billing Month in four (4) equal monthly installments, from June 2024 to September 2024.
